Charlie died on 12 August 1969 from injuries sustained as a result of a parachute accident at the Bindoon drop zone in Western Australia.

PTE TREVOR WILLIAM IRWIN

Jun 14, 1968

Trevor was drowned in the Collie River Western Australia on 14 June 1968 while attempting a river crossing during the inaugural Patrol Course.

George (Chicka) Baines died on 13 February 1968 from injuries sustained when a M26 hand grenade prematurely exploded at Nui Dat in South Vietnam

Geoff (Rick) O’Shea died on 1 October 1967 from complications of encephalitis which he contracted while serving in South Vietnam.

PTE RUSSELL JAMES COPEMAN

Russell was wounded on 19 January 1967 while participating in a four-man reconnaissance patrol in South Vietnam. He died of his wounds on 10 April 1967 after being evacuated to Australia.

Ken was presumed drowned while attempting a crossing of the flooding Sekayan River in Borneo during a four-man reconnaissance patrol on 21 March 1966 and was declared missing in action.

Paul was gored by rogue elephant on 2 June 1965 during a four-man reconnaissance patrol in Borneo. He died of his injuries in the field at some time between 5 and 7 June

CPL RONALD ARTHUR HARRIS

Jan 17, 1965

Harry died on 17 January 1969 when he was accidentally shot during a six-man reconnaissance patrol in South Vietnam.

PTE ANTHONY FRANK SMITH

Aug 5, 1960

Tony was drowned in the Avon River Western Australia on 5 August 1960 while attempting a river crossing during a platoon patrol exercise.
